From the aisles of the produce section to the burners on my kitchen stove, I am devoted to creating and cooking with fresh ingredients free of my allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and lentils.
My interest in learning to live a healthier lifestyle led me to pursue running. In addition to my gastronomical adventures, this blog is my avenue to reflect on my training and races.
