Pumpkin is perfect at any time of year! I always keep extra cans of pumpkin puree in my cabinet for when I’m in the mood!
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions: cook the oats over the stove with water. When the oats are just about done, mix in the pumpkin puree. Top with cinnamon.
