Cookies and chocolate are my two favorite things. So why not combine them? This recipe can be made in minutes, only requires a few ingredients and is super yummy!
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
(Makes 6 cookies)
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 small mashed bananas or 1 large mashed banana
2 TBSP raw cacao nibs
3 TBSP raw hemp seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut oil for the pan
Directions: Mash banana in a small bowl. Add in the oats to the mashed banana and stir. After the oats and the bananas are well-mixed, add in the vanilla extract, cinnamon and cardamom. Add in the raw cacao nibs and hemp seeds. Once all of the ingredients are mixed together, form 6 separate cookies. Place cookies on a baking sheet or pan that has been sprayed with coconut oil. Bake cookies on 350 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
